This is how you achieve the result you want

To achieve the result you want, we need to collaborate well. We need to familiarise ourselves with each other so we know exactly what to expect. That is why we put a lot of time and effort into the start-up phase so we can build on a strong base that will benefit us all.

Our action plan consists of the following steps:

  • Introduction and inventory of your wishes and requirements
  • Our Customer Care plan, in which we explain what we do, which goals we want to achieve, and the effort and investment we provide to do this
  • After an agreement has been concluded, we put together a Customer Care team
  • The Customer Care team will be trained and instructed about the company
  • You compile a list of contact persons that will deal with the more complex customer questions
  • We start up the customer contact
  • We evaluate the results periodically and make adjustments where this is necessary
